Online Fees Payment

Fee Payment Guidelines:

School fees are subject to periodic updates, we do not publish the specific fee amounts on this webpage. For the latest and most accurate fee information, please reach out to the school directly during office hours or send us an email using the contact details provided on our website.
Payment Schedule: School fees are due in advance and must be paid quarterly, on or before the 10th of the first month of each quarter (June, September, December, and March).
Collection Period: Fees can be paid at the bank or through the school software within the specified dates. Payments made after this period will incur a late fee.
Payment Before Exams: Please ensure all dues are cleared before examination periods.
Parents shall note: If parents opt to pay any Quarter Fee Online through Campus Care 10x application (Entab) or any other online mode and then for the next quarter fee they visit bank to pay offline fee then Parent shall Carry previously paid online payment receipt so that bank shall accept their present quarter fee. If they fail to present Previously online paid receipt then bank will not accept their present quarter fee.

Steps For Fees Payment in Campus Care 10x Mobile Application (કેમ્પસ કેર 10x મોબાઇલ એપ્લિકેશનમાં ફીની ચુકવણી માટેનાં પગલાં)

Click on the Fee to Proceed with Payment(ચુકવણી સાથે આગળ વધવા માટે ફી પર ક્લિક કરો)

Click 'Pay Now' to Process Payment or Click the PDF Icon to Download the Fee Slip for Bank Payment.(ચુકવણીની પ્રક્રિયા કરવા માટે 'હમણાં ચૂકવો' પર ક્લિક કરો અથવા બેંક ચુકવણી માટેની ફી સ્લિપ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે PDF આઇકન પર ક્લિક કરો.)

Select Your Pending Quarters and Click 'Proceed to Pay' (તમારા બાકી ક્વાર્ટર પસંદ કરો અને 'ચુકવણી કરવા આગળ વધો' પર ક્લિક કરો)

Select Atom Payment Gateway, enter your email ID and address, and click on 'Pay Now.' If paying through Zenda Payment Gateway, it may take some time for the payment to reflect in the Entab software. (એટમ પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે પસંદ કરો, તમારું ઈમેલ આઈડી અને સરનામું દાખલ કરો અને 'હવે ચૂકવણી કરો' પર ક્લિક કરો. જો Zenda પેમેન્ટ ગેટવે દ્વારા ચૂકવણી કરવામાં આવે તો, Entab સૉફ્ટવેરમાં ચુકવણી પ્રતિબિંબિત થવામાં થોડો સમય લાગી શકે છે.)

Select the mode of payment and click 'Pay Now.' You will be directed to the next page, where a 5-minute timer will appear. Minimize the application and open your payment app to complete the payment requested by the Entab application. After the payment is done, return to the minimized Entab app and wait for the success message to display. Once the success message appears, you can go back.(ચુકવણીનો મોડ પસંદ કરો અને 'હમણાં ચૂકવો' પર ક્લિક કરો. તમને આગલા પૃષ્ઠ પર નિર્દેશિત કરવામાં આવશે, જ્યાં 5-મિનિટનું ટાઈમર દેખાશે. એન્ટાબ એપ્લિકેશન દ્વારા વિનંતી કરાયેલ ચુકવણી પૂર્ણ કરવા માટે એપ્લિકેશનને નાનું કરો અને તમારી ચુકવણી એપ્લિકેશન ખોલો. ચુકવણી થઈ જાય પછી, ન્યૂનતમ એન્ટાબ એપ્લિકેશન પર પાછા ફરો અને સફળતા સંદેશ પ્રદર્શિત થાય ત્યાં સુધી રાહ જુઓ. એકવાર સફળતાનો સંદેશ દેખાય, તમે પાછા જઈ શકો છો.)

Note: Payments made via UPI and QR will incur a charge of ₹2 (+ GST) by the Software Portal. Charges for other payment methods may vary based on the selected bank. Please review the applicable charges carefully before proceeding with the payment.

After a successful payment, download the paid slip by clicking the red slip button. A pop-up will appear; click the yellow slip button to download the paid slip. (સફળ ચુકવણી પછી, લાલ સ્લિપ બટન પર ક્લિક કરીને પેઇડ સ્લિપ ડાઉનલોડ કરો. એક પોપ-અપ દેખાશે; પેઇડ સ્લિપ ડાઉનલોડ કરવા માટે પીળા સ્લિપ બટન પર ક્લિક કરો.)

Note:- Payment stuck in bank portal and not credited to school's bank account will not come under school's responsibility. Parent will have to verify with their bank.
